Delivery Time
Orders ship Monday thru Saturday from our Los Angeles location. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. Special orders such as custom-made garments and backorder items are subject to increased processing time. For such orders we'll contact you ASAP to discuss your options and provide your estimated ship date. Most special orders are shipped within 2 weeks.
US Shipping Options
Shipping services available for US States and Territories.
Contiguous 48 States and District of Columbia
3 types of shipping are available in the contiguous US:
Budget: 2-4 Days processing; 5-8 Days ship time. Flat rate is $5 per shipment, or FREE for orders subtotaling over $75.
Standard: 1-3 days processing; 3-6 days ship time. Flat rate is $10 per shipment.
Express: 1 day processing; 1-2 Days ship time. Flat rate is $20 per shipment.
Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii
These outer territories have only 2 options for shipping.
Budget: 2-4 days processing; 6-10 days ship time; Flat rate is $5 per shipment, or FREE for orders subtotaling over $75.
Standard: 1-3 days processing; 4-7 days ship time; Flat rate is $15 per shipment.

- Budget service may ship with United States Postal Service.
- Free shipping threshold is based on the price before tax is added (if applicable).
- Orders must be billed and shipped to a US address.
- For Post Office Boxes and A.P.O. shipments, please choose Budget service.
International Shipping Options
For orders shipping to destinations outside the US and its territories refer to this List of Countries served by our international shipping service.
International Air Shipping: 1-3 days processing; 4-14 days ship time; Flat rate is $25 per shipment.
- Transit times are approximate.
- Orders are billed in US dollars (USD).
- Duties and taxes may be levied by the shipper at the recipient's door.
- Orders must be billed and shipped to the same address.
- We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes.
- Limitations apply to A.P.O. shipments.

Return Policy
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, just send it back in the same condition in which it was received for a full refund or exchange. If by you received an incorrect item as a result of an error on our part, please contact us immediately and we will arrange to pay for the return shipping. If the return or exchange is not due to our error, you will be responsible for all return and redelivery costs.
